§1 General Provisions
- These Terms of Service define the rules for using the “My Pub Online” website, available at https://mypubonline.com/.
- The owner and administrator of the Service is Ujarek.
- The Service is a social platform enabling communication between users: chat, audio and video.
- The Service is strictly social and communication-based in nature.
- The Service does not sell alcohol, does not facilitate the sale of alcohol, and does not enable its purchase.
- The Service does not promote, encourage, or induce the consumption of alcohol.
- The Service may refer to culture, history, or beverage tasting solely for informational and social purposes.
- Use of the Service is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
§2 Definitions
- Service – the “My Pub Online” platform.
- User – a natural person using the Service.
- Account – user profile.
- Table – virtual communication space.
- Content – materials published by users.
§3 Conditions of Use
- The Service is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older.
- By registering, the User declares that they meet this requirement.
- The Operator does not verify age and is not responsible for false information provided by users.
- The User uses the Service at their own risk.
§4 Nature of the Service and Liability
- The Service does not organize alcohol consumption or any related events.
- Any decisions regarding alcohol consumption are made solely by users and remain outside the control of the Service.
- The Operator is not responsible for user behavior, actions taken under the influence of alcohol, or consequences of users’ decisions.
- Encouraging excessive alcohol consumption, promoting dangerous behavior and publishing socially harmful content are prohibited.
§5 Registration and Account
- Registration requires basic information: login, email and password.
- The User is responsible for account security.
- The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized access to accounts.
- The User may delete their account at any time.
§6 Rules of Use
Publishing illegal content, harassment, impersonation, publishing personal data without consent and disrupting the Service are prohibited.
The Operator may remove content and block accounts.
§7 Video Conferencing and Privacy
- The Service uses third-party video service providers.
- The Operator does not record conversations.
- Recording other users without consent is prohibited.
- The Operator is not responsible for privacy violations by users.
§8 Offline Meetings
- The Service does not organize real-world meetings.
- Users engage in such activities at their own risk.
- The Operator is not responsible for offline events.
§9 Content and Copyright
- The User is responsible for published content.
- The User declares they have rights to the materials.
- The Operator may remove content that violates the law.
§10 Personal Data GDPR
- The data controller is Ujarek.
- Data is processed for service provision and security.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- The User has the right to access, rectification and erasure.
- Data is not sold to third parties.
§11 Operator Liability
- The Service is provided “as is”.
- The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- The Operator is not responsible for user content, user relationships, user decisions, third-party actions or consequences of alcohol consumption by users.
§12 Moderation
The Operator may remove content, block accounts and limit features. Decisions may be automated or manual.

§14 Final Provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law.
- Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Operator.
