1. Nature of the Service
📚 My Pub Online is an educational and cultural service.
The service is an encyclopedic catalog of brewing, winemaking and distilling traditions from 50+ countries worldwide.
The service is NOT:
- Advertisement or promotion of alcoholic beverages
- Encouragement to consume alcohol
- Sale or intermediary in the sale of alcohol
2. Age Requirements
Use is restricted to persons aged 18+ (or legal drinking age in your country). Verification via Age Gate is required.
3. User Account
Registration requires: nickname, email, password, confirmation of adulthood. Users are responsible for password confidentiality and their content.
4. User Content
Prohibited: content encouraging excessive drinking, targeted at minors, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, spam.
5. Liability
⚠️ ALCOHOL ABUSE IS HARMFUL TO HEALTH. The service is not liable for the consequences of alcohol consumption by users.
